Robert Formea, MDVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Formea graduated from the University of Illinois in 1991 and spent 4 years in mixed practice prior to exclusively working in a small animal practice in 1995. He started our clinic in 2002 in Sawyerville, IL, then migrated back to Alton in 2005, where he has stayed since.
He prides himself in developing long-term, trusting relationships with clients by always doing his best to diagnose and treat their conditions as completely and efficiently as possible. Trying never to put off a client with a sick pet is very important to him.
He spends most of his free time at his farm between Carlinville and Palmyra planting trees, clearing invasive species, and fishing.
